With over 30 years of customer service experience, Carlos Silva strives to make each buyer and seller feel like they have a partner in Real Estate rather than just another Realtor. Carlos is passionate about Real Estate and his role in helping clients attain exactly what they have hoped for. Patience, negotiating skills, and an ability to listen to clients' needs sets him apart. Teamwork and problem-solving are a part of Carlos' core skills which he has mastered after 15 years managing a sales staff of over 200 employees. Carlos is also recognized amongst the legal community as a professional and diligent interpreter within the court system across Ontario. Carlos is fluent and able to service clients who speak English, Portuguese, Spanish and French. Real Estate is growing and ever-changing. Although Carlos is an Accredited Buyers Representative he continues to attend courses and seminars to upgrade his knowledge to serve clients. Carlos has decided to bring all of the above qualities to his clients on a full-time basis.
