Thomas is the Broker of Record of Heritage Caledon Realty Inc., Brokerage, and has sold commercial, industrial, and residential real estate since 1982. Thomas has received numerous awards for outstanding sales performance and for Top 10 Sales representative. He is also a member of Industrial Commercial & Investment Council of the Canadian Real Estate Association. Thomas is also a CRA, P.App, designated appraiser with the Appraisal Institute of Canada, has 30+ years of appraisal experience under his belt and 40+ years of real estate experience.

Lillian is a graduate of McMaster University where she received her Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2010. After graduation, she joined Heritage Caledon Realty Inc., Brokerage, where she has pursued her passion for real estate and applied her knowledge of communications, marketing, management and administration. Lillian has also earned her CRA, P.App, designation in real estate appraisals from the Appraisal Institute of Canada, widening her experience in the real estate field and property analytics.

Alexandra Bremner


Sales Representative

Alexandra Bremner is a Sociology major graduate from the University of Ryerson, working initially as a supervisor of over 50 staff members and Recreational Director & Lifeguard for seven years. Since 2003, Alexandra also worked during those seven years as an administrative assistant to Heritage Caledon Realty Inc., Brokerage and continued to pursue her passion for real estate to become a Sales Representative in 2015. She has natural instincts in real estate sales and a keen eye for design. In addition, Alexandra has also earned her CRA, P.App, designation in real estate appraisals from the Appraisal Institute of Canada, and has appraised more than 1,500 properties.

Marcus Kormann


Sales Representative
 

Marcus Kormann attended the University of Guelph-Humber where in 2010 he received his Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Guelph and a Business Administration Diploma from Humber College with finance majors. He was recruited by Heritage Caledon Realty Inc., Brokerage and Accurate (Peel) Appraisals Inc. to complete his co-op placement where he gained valuable knowledge of the real estate industry. He went on to work for a mid-size corporation in the accounting department before returning to Heritage Caledon Realty Inc., Brokerage and becoming a Sales Representative in 2015. Marcus earned his accreditation as an AACI, P.App. (commercial appraiser) with the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2017. He has completed over 6,000 appraisals of both residential & commercial properties.

Nick Jurich is a graduate of Brock University where he completed his Bachelor of Sport Management Honours Degree in 2006. Before becoming a member of the Heritage team, Nick spent multiple years in a finance and client based role at the corporate level, and his professional experience provides him a strong background as he progresses through the real estate field. Nick is also a CRA, P.App. Designated appraiser with the Appraisal Institute of Canada, and has appraised over 2,000 properties.

With a background working in tourism, entertainment and travel, Tom brings an outgoing personality and enjoys working with people. He joined Heritage Caledon Realty Inc., Brokerage in the capacity of administrative assistant and in bookkeeping, while pursuing his interest in Real Estate Sales, working toward a Real Estate Sales Representative license.

Manuel Oliveira


Salesperson
 

Manuel is a REALTOR® and educator by trade. He has been associated with the Brampton Real Estate Board for over 45 years. He has chaired many of its committees and served as the Board’s President in 1987. Manuel is a committed member of the Portuguese community and the founder of the Portuguese Community School of Brampton, where he supervised and implemented the curriculum. He has taught Portuguese in Ontario Secondary schools, and he was responsible for supervising and evaluating 14 language instructors under the International Language Program. 

Manuel is also a former Commissioner with the Ontario Human Rights Commission, serving as Interim Chief Commissioner from October 17 to November 27, 2005. He has served on the executive boards of several organizations. Manuel was a past President of BREB (1988). He is the recipient of several awards, including the 2002 Queen’s Golden Jubilee Medal. He was appointed to the Assessment Review Board in 1999.

Jaime Oliveira

Jaime has lived in Brampton since 1974, graduating from Central Peel High School and Sheridan College. He began his real estate career in 1983 and has been in the business for 39 years. Thanks to his clients from both the past and present, he enjoys his successful profession. Jaime has worked at Heritage Caledon Realty Inc., Brokerage, for most of his real estate career as a team player.  

His reputation and networking skills benefit his clients, and his positive, friendly manner puts you at ease at every stage of the real estate buying and selling process. With the constant fluctuations in the housing market, Jaime can anticipate and address issues to deliver the best results. Referrals have been a large part of his success, thanks to the continued support of sending him your families and friends.
